Team Bios
Tara Sego
Tara is a registered nurse with certifications in dementia and education. She has been in the Lee County for over 6 years. Her concentration at Reflections Care Club is in nursing; social service, marketing and Administration. Tara was raised with the understanding that seniors have a lot to give our community and thoroughly enjoys helping others. Her three children are an intrical part of the multigenerational approach that Reflections Care Club enjoys.
Andy Sego
As the Facility Director, Andy is responsible for the daily operations of Reflections Care Club. Overseeing Transportation, Dietary and Facility Maintenance are his focus. Andy's expertise in management and communication comes from years of experience owning his own business. Andy has lived in Southwest Florida for over 15 years and is dedicated to his community and serving the seniors of Southwest Florida.
